Sunapee Recreation Meeting
November 11 2009
In attendance: Patricia Halpin, Brian Garland, Leon Davis, Chuck Weinstein,

Meghan Cahill was present to donate proceeds ( $511.50) of her senior project that was done to benefit the Sunapee Recreation programs. She organized and ran a very successful used porting good sale.
Patricia Halpin made the motion to hire a engineering firm to do a scope of work for ball fields on Dewey woods west. The total not to exceed $3000.00
Charlie Hirshberg a town resident and engineer has stated he would like to help out somehow!
Scott has presented his budget to the town. The budget committee is looking to reduce spending.
Warrant for $20000 for skate park improvements was discussed
Warrant article for $100,000 was discussed for Dewey field work
Both Dewey field and Veterans field have been power raked
Tilton park playground site work has been completed
Shed to be moved soon
Turkey Trot coming along well with close to 300 pre-registered (still looking for volunteers)
Basketball numbers
Approximately 45 K-2 signed up
2 -3/4 girls team
2- 3/4 boy’s team
2 5/6 girl’s team
1- 5/6 boy’s team
